I started Hidden Strength Gym in late 2017 with a simple motivation, to create a welcoming space for all training styles at a time when powerlifting was still niche. What began as a passion project has grown into a strong community built on honest work and shared progress.
My goal has always been simple, to create a place where people genuinely enjoy training and can discover their own hidden strength.
– Adam Bun, Founder.
Most gyms are built for the average person. Cardio machines lined up, weights misplaced everywhere, music you didn't pick and a crowd of people who'd rather be anywhere else.
If you've ever tried to squat heavy, deadlift with chalk, or run a real training program in that environment, you know how wrong it feels.
Hidden Strength was built to fix that. A space with the right equipment, the right atmosphere, and an environment that matches the work.
That was 2017. The gym has grown since then, but the reasoning has not changed.

Who Trains Here
Most of the people who train at Hidden Strength have a program, a goal, and a standard they hold themselves to. They are not here to pass time or go through the motions.
That includes powerlifters, bodybuilders, athletes, or even people in the military. It includes people who have never competed and never plan to. What they share is the same thing: they show up, they do the work, and they expect the environment to match that.
If you take what you do seriously, you will feel at home here.
The Facility
The equipment here was chosen for one reason: it makes training better. No cardio floors, no Smith machines taking up space that could go to a real rack. Every piece of equipment here was chosen intentionally.
The gym is always open. Early mornings, late nights, holidays. Train when it works for you, not when it works for us.
Every piece of equipment was chosen intentionally. Platforms, racks, bars, specialty machines. Nothing here is filler.
This is a private training facility. The space, the culture, and the standards reflect the membership, not the general public.
6,300 square feet means space to move, space to focus, and space to run a real session without working around other people.
The Community
One of the things that has happened naturally over the years is that Hidden Strength has become more than a gym. The people who train here know each other. They spot each other, compete together, and hold each other accountable.
It is a gym culture built on consistency and mutual respect. That part does not get marketed. It just happens when you put serious people in the right environment and let them do their thing.
Hidden Strength is an incredible gym. The environment is welcoming, the equipment is top-notch, and the energy is unbeatable. Adam genuinely cares about everyone who walks through the door.
